The agent binary is available exclusively to subscribers. After signup, your dashboard provides a one-click download and install command specific to your account. There is no public download — the agent is provisioned with your unique API credentials baked in.

Why no free tier?

The Helix AI Agent has persistent access to your infrastructure and manages your Cloudflare account. We require a paid subscription to ensure every deployment is legitimate and supported. The 14-day money-back guarantee removes all risk from trying the product.

What does the agent actually do on my server?

The agent runs as a daemon and monitors your site health, executes automated recovery actions, applies Cloudflare rules, and communicates with the Helix AI platform for LLM-powered analysis. It requires root access for full functionality. All actions are logged and shown in your dashboard.

Can I run the agent on multiple servers?

Growth and Enterprise plans support multi-server deployments. Each server runs an agent instance that reports to your centralized dashboard. Starter is limited to a single server.

Which LLMs are supported?

Growth and Enterprise plans support GPT-4o, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Gemini 1.5 Pro, Llama 3.1, and Mistral Large. The agent selects the best model for each task automatically, or you can configure preferences in your dashboard.
